In a recent announcement, Chainwireceτi AI has revealed its extended purchase agreement with Cedarcross International Technologies, Inc. This agreement includes the acquisition of three additional high-performance computing (HPC) servers, each equipped with 8 NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs. What makes this deal even more significant is the option for ceτi AI to purchase an additional 200 identical HPC servers. This move marks the completion of ceτi AI’s pilot-scale installation in British Columbia and paves the way for a 25x expansion of the ceτi AI Global Infrastructure Network.

With the introduction of NVIDIA’s most advanced H100 GPUs, these new servers are expected to enhance the network’s capacity significantly. This boost in computing power will support a wide range of AI application development and research initiatives. The firm’s pilot installation serves as a state-of-the-art solution for web3 protocols, independent development teams, and advanced AI research teams. The scalable unit of 8 servers and 64 GPUs can be expanded linearly and indefinitely, catering to the growing demands of the AI industry.

The purchase agreement also includes an option to acquire up to 200 identical HPC servers from Cedarcross by September 30th, 2024. This highlights the commitment of both ceτi AI and Cedarcross to sustained growth and technological advancement in the decentralized AI space. The identified hyperscale data center sites in Montreal, New Jersey, and Santa Clara are poised to host the additional servers, pending the necessary investment for their procurement, installation, and operation.

CEO of ceτi AI, Dennis Jarvis, expressed the importance of strong relationships and collaboration in the deployment of physical infrastructure for decentralized AI. The demand for advanced computing hardware from institutional developers, independent researchers, and blockchain protocols is unprecedented. Working with Cedarcross as a valued partner not only fulfills the technical requirements but also aligns with the shared goal of driving innovation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.

Cedarcross International Technologies Inc. is backed by Alset Capital Inc., a publicly traded Canadian company known for providing low-cost access to cutting-edge computing hardware. Specializing in NVIDIA’s advanced H100 chips, Cedarcross plays a vital role in enabling high-performance computing solutions for various industries. On the other hand, ceτi AI stands out as a leader in the decentralized artificial intelligence (dAI) movement. Founded in March 2024 by industry veterans, the company develops globally distributed, high-performance AI infrastructure, setting the stage for the next generation of AI development worldwide.

The extended purchase agreement between ceτi AI and Cedarcross represents a significant step forward in the evolution of artificial intelligence infrastructure. By investing in cutting-edge technology and forging strategic partnerships, both companies are driving innovation and accessibility in the AI industry. As the demand for advanced AI solutions continues to grow, collaborations like these will play a crucial role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence.
